Chocolates with a delicate soufflé
Can't imagine my life without sweets. Even when dieting, I find the recipes of these dishes that do not add extra inches to my waist and will enjoy its wonderful taste.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Ricotta

    125 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Gelatin

    5 g

Cooking

Ricotta mix with the marmalade, to taste add the powdered sugar

Dissolve gelatin according to instructions (I used 5g of gelatin in 120-150ml of juice) and add to rikoto, stir until smooth.

Silicone molds for candy with a brush to cover with chocolate. To give the chocolate a little to harden. In tins to put slightly thickened the filling. Pour on top of chocolate and use a knife to smooth the surface. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes until complete solidification of the chocolate.
