Chopped pork schnitzel served
Simple and delicious homemade lunch in the Sicilian rustic style.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Bread crumbs

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Eggplant

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

In ground pork, add fried in vegetable oil onions, finely chopped greens /today I have parsley, cilantro, Basil and garlic, season with salt and mixture of peppers.

A piece of meat the size of a sausage roll in flour, dip in the downed egg and breaded in bread crumbs. On a cutting Board, using a large knife to form a schnitzel /with one semicircular and pointed on the other side/.

Fry the schnitzel in vegetable oil over medium heat until Golden brown.

Tomato and eggplant cut into slices and fry the remaining steaks from frying oil. Lightly salt and sprinkle with garlic and chopped greens.

Schnitzel is traditionally served cooked piece of loin with bone, placed on a layer of roasted tomatoes and served with fried mushrooms, but allowed and chopped version. I don't like, what would crisp schnitzel got wet and I placed them side by side.
