Cooking
In ground pork, add fried in vegetable oil onions, finely chopped greens /today I have parsley, cilantro, Basil and garlic, season with salt and mixture of peppers.

Fry the schnitzel in vegetable oil over medium heat until Golden brown.
Tomato and eggplant cut into slices and fry the remaining steaks from frying oil. Lightly salt and sprinkle with garlic and chopped greens.
