Dear povaryata, I decided to share with you this recipe could be a salad with the same name, but it's chicken. I recently did a salad of celery, apples, pineapple and yogurt and was happy with them. But this version I liked much more, hurry to You!

Celery wash, peel and cut into thin slices.
Apples cut into quarters, peeled and thrown into water, acidified with vinegar, to not dark. We cut them in the last turn.
Walnuts grind in a blender, but not much, to make it clear that it's nuts.
Cold cream, beat until peak.
Cut small thin slices of Apple. Put in a bowl the celery, apples, mayonnaise, half of nuts, salt, sugar and cream. And carefully two spoons or blades from the bottom up mix.
On top pour the remaining nuts.
On the festive table can decorate with Apple Swan. Enjoy the creamy and rich taste of this simple salad!
