Sweet and sour vegetable salad with prunes
Sweet and sour salad contains affordable ingredients and lots of vitamins, especially vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    8 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    20 g

  • Green onions

    20 g

  • Daikon

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Adyghe cheese

First prepare the dressing: mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, honey, mix everything, better to do it with a fork.

Prunes wash, dry, chop finely. Pour the marinade and leave for 2-3 minutes.

Grate daikon radish, grated (I used a grater for Korean carrot) and add to the prunes, stir. In the future, it is important to mix the salad after adding each ingredient to really soak in the marinade.

Cut into strips bell pepper, add it to the prunes and stir.

Chop the parsley and onion, add to salad, mix well

Grate carrots, chop lettuce, add and stir.
