Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Peas

    0.25 cup

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.125 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.125 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.125 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.125 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

Cooking

Soak millet in water for 15 minutes.

I used millet, TM "Mistral".

Carrots cut into cubes. I used a prepared frozen mix of peas and carrots, 1 glass full.

In a deep pan put the carrots, the peas and the soaked millet.

Add 1 Cup of water and cook on low heat until complete evaporation of water.

Add the spices and parsley and mix well.

Make small balls and form patties. Cook on preheated pan until zolotistogo color.

I was served with the sauce, which blended sour cream, garlic powder and ketchup.
