Cupcake
Soft, tender and yet crisp, with a rich aroma and aftertaste - this cake will not leave anyone indifferent! Can be prepared in advance and surprise the guests with cakes!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Dried fruits

    1 cup

  • Prunes

    125 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

  • Juice

    4 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    10 tsp

Cooking

Prepare the dried fruit if necessary, cut into small pieces.

Beat the butter with sugar. One by one add the yolks, continuing to whisk.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and semolina to prepare.

Add the flour with the semolina and cocoa, stir, pour in liquor, stir. Beat the whites.

Enter in 3 divided doses proteins, making as it were a figure 8, or by folding it bottom - up, from the edge to the middle.

Cake pan grease with oil, sprinkle with flour, shake off the excess to make a "French shirt" - so the cake POPs from the mold without problems.

Spread the batter in the form. Oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for 45 minutes - be guided by your oven.

Overturn the cake on a wire rack. Make the glaze - in the juice add sugar powder, thoroughly stir and pour the warm cake. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
