Yoghurt ice cream with raspberries and rose water
I really love the combination of rose water with raspberries. Today we have raspberry ice cream with rose water.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Water pink

    2 Tbsp

Malinu fill with sugar, put on low fire. When the sugar has melted, raspberries RUB through a sieve.

Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved gelatin. If you need a little more heat.

Raspberry puree to cool to room temperature, add the yogurt, rose water, mix well. Then transfer the mixture to a container and put into the freezer. You can use the ice cream maker. Bon appetit!
