Tangerine candy polenta
Delicious and delicate sweets. With a citrus flavor and a slightly pine scent. Simple to prepare, easy to eating!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Juice tangerine

    120 ml

  • Corn grits

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Squeeze the juice from the Mandarin.

Pour into a saucepan and add water.

Lay brown sugar and put the Mandarin syrup on the fire. Bring to a boil.

A thin stream, with constant stirring, pour the polenta into the boiling juice. Cook about, without ceasing to stir, 2-3 minutes.
