To the eggs add milk, beat with a whisk, adding a pinch of salt. Add the flour and stir with a whisk until smooth
To this mass add grated zucchini
Mass pour into portioned molds or pour into one porcelain baking dish. Put in preheated oven. Cook at 180 degrees for small tins for about 12-15 minutes, great shape, about 20-25 minutes
When serving, garnish as desired with tomato slices and parsley
