  • Herring

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Sauerkraut

    100 g

  • Green peas

    250 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut onion finely, pour vinegar and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Beets, potatoes and carrots boil until tender. Cool, peel.

Boiled vegetables and cucumbers cut into cubes not very large. If needed the cabbage chopped.
