Cooking
Dough: 1 Cup cucumber pickle, 1 Cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 packet of baking powder, 4 cups flour. The dough I was kneading in the bread maker.
All the ingredients mix, knead the dough well and leave for proofing while making the filling.
Capelin clean, removing head and viscera, cut off the fins. The seeds can be removed and you can leave.
Peel the potatoes and onions.
Cut the potatoes into sticks, cucumber - slices.
Onion cut into half rings, sauté in vegetable oil.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one and put into a form. On the dough put the potatoes, then cucumber, capelin and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Do not overdo it with salt because the batter on the pickle, and the toppings are pickles, salt add a little.
Roll out second layer of dough, cover the pie. Prick surface with a fork to release steam.
Place in a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for 1 hour.
