Very tasty cake, which combines two kinds of dough: shortbread and biscuit. And the boundary between the "double pleasure" can be any fruit or berries. In my case, it's plum.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients
Combine 1.5 cups. flour, 1/3 Cup. sugar, 150g. oil and 1 egg
Put the dough in the form greased with oil and bake at temp. 180gr. 10-15 min (to dry)
Plums are scalded with boiling water, cut in half, remove the peel, remove seeds. You can not remove the skin - as you like
Spread dried plums on the dough. Sprinkle with sugar (a matter of taste - depends sweet or acidic they are) and again send in the oven.
Prepare the sauce. Vzbit 3 protein with 0.5 stack. sugar
Add 3 egg yolks, vanillin and 0.5 stack. flour, whipping
Take out the cake from the oven, pour the dough and send it back by 30 min (at 180gr.)
Check readiness of a wooden skewer. (cooking time depends on the size of the form - layer thickness fill)
