Cooking
In any capacity (I have a French press), pour the tea and put a crust of bread (top dark crust)
Fill with boiling water and insist until then, until it is barely warm. Filter, dissolve in it the salt
For making this bread, I used oat flakes Mistral
To the flour add bran, oat flakes, paprika and dry yeast
Pour salted tea and knead the dough. Put it in a container exceeding the volume in 4-5 times, cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for 8-10 hours. Do not touch during this time the dough never! No need to press down and upsetting him.
Over time on a heavily floured table spread the dough, obtinem it well and molding bread. The original recipe asked to bake it in shape, I decided to make because of the loaf. This number will be two of the loaf. So, divide the dough into 2 parts. Slightly roll out one of the bottom in an oval pellet and twist rolls. Put on a baking sheet seam side down
With a sharp knife make cuts any pattern. Allow to stand for bread for proofing about 30 minutes and bake in a heated to 170-180 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes
