Offer a sample of a wonderful dish of eggplant. It a diet because when it is not used cooking oil, which I love to absorb the eggplant. But first things first. By the way, the recipe can be used in the "system minus 60" for Breakfast and lunch. Can also be eaten as a main dish or as a side dish.

Cooking
I took 2 eggplants, medium size, cleaned, cut into medium pieces.
Overcame ( without fanaticism ), added 1 egg, 2 tbsp flour, razryhlitel and all prevented.
Glass form, greased 1 tbsp vegetable oil, just to protect from sticking. Laid out, leveled, put in a preheated 180 C oven for 15 - 25 minutes ( duration depends on the oven). Willingness you will see on the resulting crust is the crust. I unfortunately did not take a picture.
Put on our eggplants, our homemade tomato sauce and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes just for joining.
