Delicious muffins with sausage and cheese
These muffins I saw in the program "test purchase", chef Marina Cherkasova. Baked many times. The taste is pleasant, tangy due to podkapotnogo cheese and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Sugar

    0.66 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 share

  • Cheese sausage

    300 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Mix the flour with yeast, salt, sugar and slowly pour warm water knead the dough (I make in the blender), put in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours (I put in a slow cooker), in the "Control" at 35* for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, RUB cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop 2 large cloves of garlic. add the mustard, mix well.

Coming up the dough in the bowl. add the prepared cheese.

All knead well (with your hands).

Start shaping the rolls. The dough will turn into a "sausage", cut into portions (you can do smaller, but I made bigger), roll into a ball.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment and spread our rolls with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put in a preheated 180-190* the oven and bake for 30 min.

Dinner, lunch, Breakfast, making "sandwiches" with greens, a variety of pates, sauces, instead of bread. Today I served for dinner with fried eggs. And you can just a glass of tomato juice.
