Chocolate-peanut buttons
It is fragrant, crispy, crumbly cookies I want to give Veronika (veronika1910). The recipe is very simple, the dough is very easy to work with and you may attract to this interesting process of their children. I congratulate all of us with the 7th anniversary of "the Cook", I wish you a creative culinary inspiration! And, treat!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    230 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Pasta, peanut

    250 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

Cooking

With a mixer on medium speed beat softened butter with unrefined cane sugar (I used Demerara fine "Mistral") to the consistency of thick cream.

Add the egg and peanut butter, whisk until smooth.

Sift flour and mix with salt and soda. In the dough add the flour portions, knead until the dough sets.

Of dough to form 2-3 inch balls, roll in chopped peanuts and place on a baking tray, covered with baking paper.

The handle of a rolling pin, make each ball the hole. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. After baking to give the cookies cool and decorate the middle, melted in a water bath chocolate, cool and serve with tea.
