Crispy cake with chocolate-walnut filling
Crunchy caramel pastry with a filling of dark chocolate, condensed milk and two kinds of nuts-a real sweet bliss, which I would like to dedicate to my lovely friend Tanya (Ytata )

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Condensed milk

    180 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

In a bowl with the softened butter, salt and vanilla sugar, add brown sugar TM"Mistral, which will give the dough a caramel taste beat with a mixer until fluffy

Add flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a smooth dough not stick to hands, and spread 2/3 of the batter into the form (I have silicone, inner diameter 20 cm, height 3 cm), greased

Nuts, mix, grind in a blender to a fine state, but not to flour. Chocolate to break into small pieces and melt in the microwave (I put 1 minute at a power of 750 watts).

It is not until the end of melted chocolate add condensed milk, stir and microwave for another 40 seconds at a power of 750 watts. The end result is this kind of mixture, to which add chopped nuts and stir until smooth.

The resulting filling is spread on the dough, sprinkle randomly the pieces of the remaining dough. The sides press with fingers to level the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (focus on your oven)until a beautiful Golden color and dry sticks.

Pie can be eaten warm-it's delicious, but still soft, and I highly recommend to wait for its complete cooling, then it becomes very crispy and amazingly delicious!!! Try both and choose for yourself the most delicious.
