Salmon in flaky dough
Bright and very tasty dish. Quite original and not hackneyed. Fast, easy and affordable.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Forest nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Allspice

Rice put to boil in boiling salted water according to instructions on the package. Salmon steak is separated from the bone and cut in half. Get 2 fillets. Remove the skin

In cream, omit the fish and leave for 10 min. In a deep bowl, mix salt, sugar, pepper, flour and passed through a mixer nuts. Mix thoroughly. Put to heat the oven.

To get from cream fish and roll in nut-flour mixture. Fry the salmon on medium-high heat in a frying pan with olive oil. On both sides to spend no more than 5 min.

In form, lined with a silicone Mat, put fried fish and send bake in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180 deg. The fish is ready to serve rice.
