Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Honey

    30 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Powder mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    125 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

In salted water boil the rice

Pork cut into steaks of a width not exceeding 1.3 cm, Mix melted butter, mustard and honey. Spread the meat in a baking dish, coat one side with half the butter-honey mass and put in the oven under the grill (oven if no grill, then at the maximum temperature) for 5 minutes.

Prepare sauce - mix sugar, mustard powder, starch and eggs.

Add to the sauce vinegar. Mix well and put in a water bath. While stirring bring to thick. Shape meat take out from the oven, turn the meat and coat the second side of the remaining oil-honey mass. Put into the oven for another 5 minutes.

The meat is served with rice and sauce. All a pleasant appetite!!!
