Cake with lemon syrup
This tender and delicious cake with a lemony taste. Recommended to fans of lemon cakes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Cooking

Beat softened butter with sugar. Then one drive egg, carefully mixing after each addition.

Pour in the milk and pour the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well.

Of two lemons and squeeze the juice.

Add fresh lemon juice and zest in the dough. Mix the dough.

Ready put the dough in a greased form and flatten. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

While baking lemon cake, prepare the syrup to soak the cake. In freshly squeezed, strained lemon juice (100ml), add the powdered sugar (100gr) and bring to a boil. After one minute, remove from heat.
