Casserole of pasta with pumpkin and meat
And again my favorite pumpkin, this time with tomato and minced meat, is a miracle!!!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Tomato

    250 g

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Pasta

    200 g

Pumpkin clean and cut into slices.

Fry it in a pan with hot oil. Season it with dried rosemary and thyme. Fry until Golden brown, add 2 tbsp of salted soy sauce Kikkoman.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold water and drain the water.

Onions and garlic peel, finely chop and lightly fry in 2 tbsp oil, then add minced meat, fry it until color changes. Cut the tomatoes into slices and add to the mince. Pour 2 tbsp of salted soy sauce Kikkoman and fry for a few minutes.

In a saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter, then add the 1st. L. flour and fry a little, then pour the cream and cook until thick. Mix in the egg yolk, salt and pepper.
