Delicate sponge cake with vanilla, egg oil cream, a layer of BlackBerry jam, covered with whipped cream. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Cooking
First make the sponge cake. To do this, the eggs (3 pieces), divide into whites and yolks. Whisk whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam, gradually adding sugar (3/4 Cup).
Add the yolks to the vanilla sugar (half). Rubs mixer white.
Protein and join the yolk mass, stirring gently in one direction from the bottom up. Better to do it with a spoon or spatula.
Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the dough. Gently stir from the bottom up with a spatula.

Cook, without boiling, until thick, whisking constantly. Cool.
Add in the cooled cream softened butter. Whisk.
To BlackBerry (a few berries to leave for decoration), add the remaining sugar, RUB and cook on low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Collect cakes. On the Christmas tree we put jam.
Three pieces of spruce on the cake, each part of the coat of jam and cream.
Whisk the cream with the sugar until peaks.
Covered Christmas trees and decorate with confectionery sprinkles.
When serving, put next whole blackberries.
