Salmon steak in cheese batter
Just awesome recipe. The fish turns out tender, with a moderately salty crispy crust. Serve with vegetables, rice or mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • Chum

    10 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Salt

Pour the steak juice of half a lemon and allow to stand for 15-20 minutes

Meanwhile, knead the batter: 2 eggs, flour and a little water, the dough should be thick, like for pancakes

The three cheese. as you like, I have on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the herbs and add to the batter. seasoning for fish, grated cheese and salt to the same. Mix everything thoroughly

Dip steaks in batter. (the batter can drain from the fish pieces back in the dish, in this case, we report it on top of a teaspoon when the pieces are already in the pan)
