Cooking
Fry finely chopped mushrooms with half the onions in vegetable oil. At the end of roasting add the 1ch. L. soy sauce company Kikkoman. Our filling is ready.
Grind in a blender half onion, grate on medium grater raw potatoes and mix with chopped onions.
Spread on oiled non-stick frying pan with potato pancakes, on top of them to put the mushroom stuffing.
On top of the filling, cover layer of potatoes.
Fry pancakes with two sides, at the end of the roast on top sprinkle with soy sauce company Kikkoman. Pancakes are ready. If You don't want to mess with the stuffing, then you can mix the potatoes with the mushrooms and bake the pancakes. Will also very tasty.
Make our spicy sauce. In the bowl of a blender put: 2 hrs. L. soy sauce company Kikkoman, 3st. L. vegetable oil, 6 Basil leaves, 1/3h. L. wine vinegar, 0.5 cm root ginger, 1H. L. horseradish, 1 clove of garlic.
Grind everything in a blender into a homogeneous mass and our sauce is ready.
Put pancakes on a plate, sprinkle with herbs and serve with a spicy sauce.
