Baked chicken with cider and pears
I offer insanely delicious chicken. It will decorate any festive table. Our that's for sure!

Ingredients

  • Cider

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Garlic

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Chicken

    1 piece

The oven is heated to 190 deg. In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil (about 2-3 tbsp) and fry the whole chicken on all sides until Golden brown.

Peel the onion, slice into long strips. Put in a baking dish.

On the onion put the chicken, salt it to taste, pour the cider.

The chicken cover with foil and bake it in a hot oven at 190 deg. for about 40 minutes.

At this time, peel the pears from the skin, remove the seeds. Cut into halves and then each half into 3-4 pieces.

After 40 mins the chicken to take out, remove foil and put around it the slices of pear. Continue roasting for approximately 1 hour and a half, but without the foil.

The chicken should be tanned, if you stick a knife in it, it should run clear juice. So, the chicken's ready.

From the chicken to pour the cider, pour it into the pan. Add salt (if necessary) and dried garlic. And on high heat boil down the sauce - about 7-8 minutes.

Then pour in the sauce and cream (any fat content), mix well. Pour the prepared sauce in a sauceboat. It should be served separately.
