Quail with whiskey and marmalade
How much would these birds was marinated and baked, nothing is never "for later". If You have difficult to find the birds, therefore, it is possible to roast small chickens, or just chicken. Very very tasty, and not only quail, but also a terrific bread stuffing! This dish is sure to brighten any holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Quail

    4 piece

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Whiskey

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Jam with whiskey to combine, add salt and pepper.

Quail wash, and well greased with jam with whiskey. Leave to marinate for at least an hour, up to 2 days.

4 strips of bacon cut into small pieces.

Peel the onion and finely chop.

Garlic crush the flat side of a knife then finely chop.

In a pan fry the bacon with the onions, then add the garlic.

Add the breadcrumbs, pour in the olive oil, mix well.

Add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, stir and turn on.

Stuff the quails with bread stuffing.

Wrap each bacon, fasten with toothpick and place in a sleeve for baking.

Pour the remaining marinade, close the bag and bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. For crisp for a few minutes until cooked, the sleeve can be opened and bake without it for the time remaining.
