Carrot cake
Thought about how to diversify snacks for my daughter. Decided to bake a carrot cake.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

Cooking

Wash, clean, grate on fine grater carrots.

Combine eggs and sugar. Whisk in a thick foam.

Melt on low heat butter.

Add to sugar and egg mixture to the carrots and melted butter. Carefully stir.

Add the sifted flour. Stir. The resulting batter. Put the dough into shape, greased and floured.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
