Chorba
Soup is a thick soup of Balkan cuisine. Prepared by order of her husband. To be honest, had to torment, as I had my own taste experience Corby (from Romania), my husband has a different description, and the Internet - the third. Found a video of the 1st channel, where the chef told me how to solve this problem... so the main feature: there WILL be NO potatoes and cabbage!!!

Ingredients

  • Offal

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Vegetables

    800 g

  • Spices

  • Parsley

  • Dry red wine

    300 ml

Cooking

Cook the broth from the giblets. I only had chicken ventricles + onion, carrots, Bay leaf and pepper. Bring to boil first, drain the water and rinse, pour clean water and boil for 20-30 minutes on low heat.

Chop the vegetables (whatever is in the fridge, you can use podvinulsja vegetables: eggplant, celery, zucchini), I have : zucchini and bell pepper, 2 tomatoes (they must be scalded to remove skins)

Beans (I prefer canned beans, drained and rinsed )

Vegetables let it sit on low heat until boiling Corby and add the wine (preferably cold)
