Description
Soup is a thick soup of Balkan cuisine. Prepared by order of her husband. To be honest, had to torment, as I had my own taste experience Corby (from Romania), my husband has a different description, and the Internet - the third. Cooking
Cook the broth from the giblets. I only had chicken ventricles + onion, carrots, Bay leaf and pepper. Bring to boil first, drain the water and rinse, pour clean water and boil for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
