Tri-color buns-braids
Delicious savory pastries with three different flavors.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Flour

    960 g

  • Pumpkin

    350 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    15 g

For the green dough. Spinach with water grind in a blender. If the spinach is fresh, it blanchere. I have frozen.
