Cooking
For the green dough. Spinach with water grind in a blender. If the spinach is fresh, it blanchere. I have frozen.
Then add the yeast, salt, butter, sifted flour. Knead the dough. Set aside in warm place to rise. 1 hour.
For the red color. Pepper blanch and grind in a blender with warm water.

Divide each dough into 12 parts.
