Chashushuli of veal
A delicious dish of veal.

Ingredients

  • Cilantro

    100 g

  • Utsho-suneli

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Tomato paste

    100 g

  • Garlic

    20 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Veal

    1.5 kg

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Cooking

Separate the flesh from the bones and the sinews, and wash the meat. Washed and cleaned cut the meat into slices of medium size.

Pour into a saucepan and add 500 ml of water. Add butter and simmer.

Meanwhile, wash tomatoes and wipe on a grater. (In the blender)

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.

When the meat is soft, add to the pan the finely chopped onion and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, grated tomatoes, wine, utskho suneli and red pepper

Bring to a boil, season with herbs, salt and remove from heat. Bon appetit!
