Description

Chicken croquettes with dill and cream cheese
In continuation of my night fast food I made chicken croquettes. Once, in my early childhood my family was preparing something similar for a picnic. Finding the recipe again after making their changes to the table were served crispy croquettes with melted cheese. This dish is considered a snack, in my opinion it may be added and to the second dish. A couple of croquettes that would be enough for a hearty lunch! Bon appetit

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    340 g

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Bread crumbs

    30 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Olive oil

Cooking

step-0
Chicken grind with onion in meat grinder. Add to the minced egg, a piece of dried dill and salt to taste-mix everything until smooth.
step-1
Add the flour, stir again. The mass becomes more plastic.
step-2
Begin to sculpt the balls to put some of the mince on your palm, flatten in the middle to put half a teaspoon of cream cheese all rolled into a small ball. Crackers mix with dill-each ball roll in breadcrumbs.
step-3
Olive oil to heat in a saucepan fry the chicken croquettes until Golden brown, constantly turning their tablespoon, which would be the bulbs are not burnt. Dry the croquettes on a paper towel.
step-4
Serve slightly cooled. Bon appetit!
