Tomato fish salad with sea cabbage
Simple, fast, low cost, nutritious and healthy salad.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    2 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Sea Kale

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Needed a salad.. What to do? Scratched on the bottom of the barrel. There is seaweed dry. Please note, neither canned nor pickled.

Cut the right amount. Pour boiling water over. While preparing other ingredients - cabbage swell. Rinse well in several waters. Not just wash and direct wash both hands. Frozen peas are well heated in a pan with oil and spices, let them develop a taste... for one and will take excess moisture (simmer until fully warm up )

Seaweed this time glass. -just saute in a pan with oil, season with spices... All combine and mix well. No seasoning is not necessary. Enough oil, spices... Can check for salt. All. Ready.
