Salad with sauerkraut and Kalina
Vinaigrette from vegetables with sauerkraut and Kalina (you can substitute cranberry) - a storehouse of vitamins in these long winter days. Salad with spicy dressing of sunflower oil not refined, sweet soy sauce and garlic with red pepper. Good holidays and new year under Sopocko vodka!

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Sauerkraut

    1 cup

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    0.25 coup

  • Green peas

    0.25 can

  • Kalina

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

Vegetables, boil "in uniform", clean. Prepare all ingredients for vinaigrette.

I love the vegetables in the salad is very finely chopped. Put in a salad bowl.

Make the dressing. Combine finely chopped garlic, soy sauce and oil. Stir the vegetables in the bowl carefully, trying not to crush viburnum (cranberry).

Refillable pepper and red chilli pepper. If you have children, peppering in a common bowl is not necessary.
