DEDICATED to "COOK" a Fragrant, delicate cheese cream with whipped cream, slices of bananas and chocolate. B honor yesterday my winnings (that is "bathed").

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg yolks with sah. sand and vanillin. sugar, pouring 4 tbsp hot water.
To enter into the yolk mass beaten egg whites, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, knead the dough.
Put the dough into shape, covered with paper (I did). Bake in preheated oven to 180* for 30 minutes. After baking allow to cool.
The picture shows a thin layer is gelatin, it is early to soak is not necessary, just filled with hot water and it's ready.
Banana mash (I'm whipped), mix with cottage cheese, sah. sand, chocolate shavings, put 4 tbsp and 1 tbsp separately melted. Mix well, to put gelatin.

Crumbs, cut from the edge of the crust, grind and leave it on top of the jewelry.
Flip the cake onto a plate. Smear the top with cream, sprinkle with crumbs and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
