Cheese dessert with almond biscuits
Wanted to make a real tiramisu, but I wanted diversity. Macaroons have become a highlight in the dessert.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    6 piece

  • Cheese curd

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    7 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    7 g

  • Cognac

    10 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Instant coffee

  • Chocolate milk

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Slightly smash cookies and dipping it in the impregnation, place the bottom of the form or ice cream dish

Sprinkle biscuits with half of the grated chocolate

spread half of the cream and sprinkle with remaining chocolate

Spread remaining cream, sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and powdered and put into the refrigerator. Better on 5-7 hours to frozen and soaked
