This recipe was born from what was in the garden, well, except for mozzarella. All the vacationers and summer resident noticed dedicated!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    350 g

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Red onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    40 g

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    20 g

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

On the tomatoes make cross-cuts. Rinse out with boiling water, remove the skin and send in a blender.
