Delicious Breakfast
Two recipes Breakfast very tasty and healthy cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cauliflower

    300 g

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cauliflower divide into florets, wash and boil in salted water 5 minutes. Cool. If the inflorescence is much larger, can be slightly cut. Cilantro (you can, however, take the herbs you love, for example, parsley) wash, dry, chop.

Take 3 eggs, add salt and a little beat into a soft mousse with a fork. Add the chopped greens.

Put some butter in the form in which we bake. Put on the bottom of the cauliflower, top with the stir in the beaten eggs. Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top.

Sent in a preheated to 180-190 degrees oven and bake 15-18 minutes. Take out, allow to cool a little, cut into slices and eat!!!

With scrambled eggs it's rather simple. On low heat in a frying pan melt the butter, add the boiled and drained cauliflower. Lightly fry.

Top break 2 eggs, add salt and fry until ready. Put on a plate, decorate with greens. I happened to have green onions on hand, and decorated. BON APPETIT!!!
