Description
The season of zucchini, and I decided to make a zucchini for a very original recipe, taken from my favorite "Burda". It struck me an interesting combination of zucchini, olives and cheese. Marinade with olive oil, peppers and garlic - all very tasty!

Cooking
Zucchini wash, dry and cut into slices.
In a frying pan (better if it will be pan-grilled, but I don't have one) heat 2 tbsp olive oil and lightly brown the zucchini. Put in a deep bowl.
For the marinade: pepper to chop finely.
Garlic RUB on a small grater and mix with the pepper, 3 tbsp olive oil and 3 tbsp vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Mix zucchini with olives (I have very large, so I divided in half, and small can be left whole), add the marinade and leave for 45 minutes.
Put it on plates along with sliced cheese.
Well this appetizer is very good in nature and with vodka!
