Adobo
This dish is one of Filipino cuisine! Since I temporarily had to live in the Philippines, I started to try the local cuisine. Adobo - a dish that will surely appeal to citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    0.5 kg

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Lime

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut pork into pieces about 2/2 see

So chop the chicken.

Chop not too finely onion and garlic.

Pour oil in a pan, better if it is a big frying pan type wok, and lightly fry the onion and garlic. Put pork and chicken on the pan. Pour 2 cups of water, add soy sauce, vinegar, paprika and Bay leaf, calamansi. Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and let it cook about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.

30 minutes to get the chicken and the pork and transfer to another pan, pre-heated and greased. Fry the meat for a few minutes until brownish Golden brown.

Place back the chicken and pork into the pan with the other ingredients adobo and add the starch, previously mixed with a small amount of water until a thick mass. All mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, if necessary. Bring to the boil and leave to cook for 10 minutes-th. Bon Appetit! Be sure to serve with rice and BEER :)!
