Cooking
Venison cut into large cubes. Salt, pepper - all to your taste. In the recipe I wrote that venison 500g., but, of course, more or less, depends on your taste.
Put to fry on strong fire. When browned until Golden brown diminish the fire, add the water and simmer until almost cooked.
Grease the pan with butter.
On top put sliced onion half rings, grated on a coarse grater carrots. Put in a preheated 220S the oven for 30 mins or until Well cooked potatoes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with all the cranberries.
