Venison is the most common meat product in Evenkia, where I live. Look, try it!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cranberries

    1 handful

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Butter

Venison cut into large cubes. Salt, pepper - all to your taste. In the recipe I wrote that venison 500g., but, of course, more or less, depends on your taste.

Put to fry on strong fire. When browned until Golden brown diminish the fire, add the water and simmer until almost cooked.
