Cooking
Mushrooms and cut each into 4 pieces. In a pan pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and well heated. Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring frequently, for maximum heat for 5 minutes. Put the mushrooms with a plate and allow to cool.
Chicken breast fried in Maggi sheet for chicken breast (with garlic and herbs), removed from the pan and allow to cool. Cut the breast into cubes of medium size and add to the mushrooms.
Boiled eggs cut into large chunks. Add to other ingredients.
Onion peel and cut into strips. Fry in small amount of olive oil until Golden brown. Add to other ingredients.
For the filling mix the soft cheese, natural yoghurt without additives, ground black pepper and pressed garlic.
Put in portioned bowls and top with seasoning.
