Salad
In the early fall on our desks ripe pumpkin, grown celeriac. Hence the name salad is a little unusual, but celery will enjoy it. Recommend and not lovers because the taste of it not particularly visible, but the use of "over the edge". Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Chicken breast fillet to beat off, to put on the sheet from Maggie. Cover, press with hand. Fry on a dry pan, for 5 minutes each side on low heat.

Celery wash, peel, cut into small dice. PS: cleaning not to throw away! To cut, dry, or freeze and add to soups.

Celery fry in 1/2 tbsp oil. Quickly, over high heat, stirring constantly. It will not give celery to fall apart, the pieces will remain intact. Breast, cut into cubes, add to celery.

The pumpkin slice and fry as well as celery. Add to the bowl.

Greens of a celery wash, dry. To chop finely. Crush the garlic. To put all in a bowl.

Season with salt to taste, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.
