Description
Fried fish, marinated in sauce with ginger, and cucumber salad with mint.

The fish is cleaned, wash. If you have a frozen fish fillet to defrost.
On a fine grater grate the ginger root, garlic. Add the tomato sauce. I instead of tomato sauce rubbed with fresh tomato.
All mix, salt, and pepper.
The finished sauce pour the prepared fish and set aside. While the fish will marinate, make salad.
Cucumbers cut into very thin sticks. I first cut roundels (as in the photo), then cut cubes.
Put the cucumbers in a deep Cup and chop finely the mint leaves. All connect.
Season the salad unsweetened yogurt. I still use cheese. Add salt to taste.
Salad "pillow" fish ready. Fish during this time marinated, you can now proceed to frying. Fry in a grill pan without oil, on both sides.
Prepared a La carte dish put the cucumber cushion, next to the fish. Decorate at will.
