Description
Burrito is one of the most common dishes of Mexican cuisine which is very delicious and nutritious dish. Traditional burrito consists of a flour tortillas called tortilla used to wrap a filling of meat and vegetables. Very tasty, hearty and moderately spicy!

Cooking
Dice bell pepper and
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Garlic cut into thin rings.
Mushrooms cut arbitrarily.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water and then cold water and remove the skin.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the carrot.
Add the pepper and the stuffing. Mince and mash well with a fork. (You can use meat, cut into small cubes, it will be too bad).
Fry the garlic with spices on a heated pan adding a drop of vegetable oil. A stunning fragrance!
Add roasted spices, adjika and

and beans. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

add to the stuffing. Mix well.
Bring to a boil (continuously stir) and turn off the heat. Bring the cold and cool in order for the mass to harden. This step is mandatory since otherwise the weight will be spread.
Take one tortilla (the tortilla) and spread of the mass as shown in the photo. The toppings do not regret, but not zealous, or spilled.
Gently roll the tip of the pellet,
tuck the edges and twist into a tight roll.
Fry in the grill, pre-brushing both sides with butter.
