Chicken under a fur coat mushroom
Tender chicken fillet cooked with mushrooms in a cheese hat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    50 g

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Chicken fillet recapture from both sides (I used thigh fillets).

Soak fillets in soy sauce for about 30 minutes.

Chop the mushrooms slices, onion rings.

Fry the mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil, season with salt and remove from heat.

The mushrooms add sour cream, egg, mix well.

In the baking dish, lay 1/2 of the mushrooms.

On fillet put the rest of the mushrooms, and put in a pre heated oven.

5 minutes before ready to get the fillets from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
