Aromatic chicken in a creamy sauce
Delicious pots, perfect for a holiday, and just for a family dinner. Some of the complexity of the preparation pays off tender taste and incredible aroma.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Feta

    125 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Water

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and put in a fireproof dish.

Sprinkle with spices (I have a curry, a mixture of peppers, dried mushrooms with herbs and sea salt), spread on top onion half rings and pour the wine. Marinate at least half an hour if you do this step, as I, much in advance, then cover with film or foil.
