The cauliflower salad with raisins
I liked the salad of fresh (raw) cauliflower, which I have already published. Here the cabbage is lightly poached in boiling water and remains crispy. The combination of raisins is perceived very fresh. Did "whip up" for dinner after work. The salad was gone!!!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Cabbage disassemble into small florets, stew in boiling water (about 5 minutes)

Raisins pour boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and cool. Add to the cabbage.

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

In mayonnaise add the paprika. Mix well and pour over salad. Mix well.
