Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 handful

  • Peas

    1 pack

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Allspice

Here are all the products that we need. Carrots and beets grate on a grater, bruselska cabbage cut into quarters, finely chop onion, Apple and tomatoes cut into not very small, sweet peppers cut into strips.

In a deep pan pour oil and passeruem onion until soft.

I used soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Next, put the beets and carrots, cover and simmer about 3-4 minutes. If necessary, add oil.

Then put bruselska cabbage and peas and simmer with the lid closed, about 10 minutes. You can add a little water.

Then add sun dried tomatoes, soy sauce, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Stir and simmer another 5 minutes.

In last turn put the sweet pepper and Apple. Stir, simmer about 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat and leave under a lid for 3-5 minutes.
