Potato and bean salad
Offer to cook simple but delicious salad. Due to separate filling of each product, salad acquires a completely different taste.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Beans

    2 cup

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In the evening soak in cold water beans. In the morning rinse, pour fresh water and boil until tender on low heat. Drain in a colander, allow to cool.

Green beans boil, drain in a sieve, cool. Cut into slices, cutting the edges, put in a bowl. Add in the beans, a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of finely chopped dill, mix well. Set aside.

In red beans also add a tablespoon of soy sauce, pressed garlic, 0,5 a tooth. and stir. Set aside.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, cut into cubes. Add the potatoes, remaining pressed garlic, olive oil, mix well.

Finely chop the onion, add salt, pour boiling water for 5 minutes to remove bitterness.

Then drain in a sieve and add to the potatoes. Mix well.

Mix the lemon juice with the mustard.

Put in a large bowl - potatoes, both kinds of beans and filling.

Stir gently with two sides, two spoons, and pepper.
