A very simple salad that I recently saw on the channel, "Telecafe". The chef that he was, called him something in Korean, and I don't remember, but was very surprised that there hasn't been soy sauce. Because I, like many, there's a stereotype that if a Korean salad, it is always with soy sauce. But the salad still turns sharp, the chef and I warn. I only made a retreat, namely, to use two types of pepper – red and green, and the original was only green.
All mix, add the yogurt, oil, lemon juice or lime and a little sprinkle of red chilli pepper. I for originality even sprinkled black sesame seeds.
